ASLI CART TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Asli Cart (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. Our Service includes managed hosting, security, payment gateways, backups, and maintenance for your ecommerce/non-ecommerce website under a monthly subscription plan.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Plans: Beginner (₹499/mo), Professional (₹999/mo), Business (₹1999/mo), Enterprise (Custom).

  • Payment: Recurring monthly fees via approved payment gateways. No refunds for partial months.

  • Renewal: Automatic until cancelled. Price changes require 30-day notice.

3. Service Scope

  • We Manage: Hosting, security patches, payment gateway/delivery partner integrations, backups, professional emails, and technical maintenance.

  • Exclusions: Domain registration fees, third-party app costs, or custom design work beyond your plan.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business/product info.

  • Ensure content (images/text) complies with Indian laws.

  • Do not upload malicious code or engage in illegal activities.

5. Termination

  • By You: Cancel anytime via dashboard. No prorated refunds.

  • By Us: If you breach terms (e.g., non-payment, illegal content).

6. Data & Backups

  • We perform regular backups (frequency varies by plan). You may export data via “Leads to Excel” feature. We’re not liable for data loss due to your actions.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Payment gateways/delivery partners operate under their terms. We integrate but don’t control transactions/shipments.

8. Liability Limit

  • We’re not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (lost profits).

    • Downtime due to factors beyond our control (ISP issues, force majeure).

    • Security breaches from your negligence (e.g., weak passwords).

9. Disputes

  • Governed by Indian law. Arbitration in [Your City], India.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Updates posted on our website. Continued use = acceptance.
